Elmwood Family Doctors has surgeries in Holmfirth and Meltham. Elmwood Health Centre is the larger practice in Holmfirth.

Patients can book appointments at either sites, through one telephone number or using Online access.

Elmwood Health Centre in Holmfirth is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Monday to Wednesday and 8am to 6.30pm Thursday & Friday.

Elmwood Health Centre is accessible for people in wheelchairs. There are designated parking bays adjacent to the Main Entrance and the surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.

Unfortunately we do not have a lift at the Holmfirth site, so if you have an appointment in a consultation room on the 1st floor, you will need to enter the building using the entrance at the back of the practice, adjacent from Holme Valley Memorial Hospital.
