We are a proactive, well organised team rated as ‘Outstanding’ at our recent CQC inspection and are excited to be recruiting for an HR & Patient Services Manager to join our senior management team.

The remit of the role is to drive key HR operations. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the administrative team and to undertake a patient services role which includes the handling of complaints and supporting the Patient Participation Group.

To succeed in this role you will need to be exceptionally organised with excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence. You will need to have a flexible approach, a can-do mentality and be able to support the senior managers and Partners. A high level of established IT skills is essential including usage of collaborative documents and spreadsheets.

CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential however previous HR experience is expected.

Elmwood Family Doctors is a 14700 patient multi-site, high QOF achieving training practice with over 45 employees. The HR & Patient Services Manager is supported by Business, Finance and Site Managers as well as Practice Administrators. The Partners work in close collaboration with the senior management team to work towards the patient centred vision for the practice.

Salary £35K
This is a full time position however we welcome part time applications and flexible working.
