On April 1st 2016 Elmwood Family Doctors merged with Meltham Village Surgery.
The two sites of the practice are now referred to as “Elmwood Family Doctors – Holmfirth” and “Elmwood Family Doctors – Meltham”. Patients can book appointments at either sites, through one telephone number or using Online access.
