Who Should Get the RSV Vaccine?

Older Adults:

If you are aged 75 – 79 on or after 1 September 2024, you will be eligible for the RSV vaccine.

Pregnant Women:

If you are at least 28 weeks pregnant on or after 1 September 2024, you will be eligible for the RSV vaccine, in order to protect your baby against Respiratory Syncytial Virus.

What is RSV?

RSV is a common virus that can cause serious respiratory infections, particularly in young children, older adults, and those with underlying health conditions. It’s crucial to get vaccinated to protect yourself and your loved ones from severe RSV-related illnesses.
