LEAD PRACTICE NURSE VACANCY AVAILABLE NOW!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, collegiate and supportive team and to make a contribution to the high standard of care we provide to our patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the practice nursing team, consisting of 3 nurses, 2 TNA’S, 5 HCA’S and a GP Assistant.

As well as being responsible for several clinical areas such as infection prevention and control, health promotion, chronic disease management health prevention, well women and well man clinics, as well as supporting the practice management team in the reviewing and delivery of clinical policy and procedure.
