DR DORSETT IS LEAVING

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that Dr Dorsett will be leaving us this month after many years of dedicated service at Elmwood Family Doctors. She will be greatly missed by colleagues and patients alike. Please see a personal statement from Dr Dorsett –

After more than 20 years, it is time to say goodbye to the wonderful patients & staff of Elmwood Family Doctors.

I was lucky enough to be offered a job here following a Maternity Locum in 1999.

At this time, I was naive, single, inexperienced and never ran to time!

Now, I’m more experienced, married with 2 gorgeous boys who are growing up too quickly into young men I am proud of, and………I’m still not running to time!

I have always had a special interest in Dermatology and I plan to do more work in that discipline.

As a GP, we are privileged to be let briefly into your lives. I thank you for the warmth and humour you have shown me over the years.
